

Zoe specialises in criminal defence law. She represents clients facing a wide range of charges, including violence, sexual, drug, driving, and dishonesty matters. She also undertakes work in the civil jurisdiction in prison law.
Zoe began her legal career after completing a Juris Doctor with Distinction at RMIT University in Melbourne, alongside degrees in Philosophy and Criminology from the University of Auckland. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in both New Zealand and Australia in 2020. Since then, she has focused her practice on developing expertise in advocacy, evidence analysis, trial work, and sentencing. She has a particular interest in discharge without conviction applications.
Zoe regularly appears in the District Courts across Auckland.
She can be instructed privately and is an approved legal aid provider in Criminal (PAL 2) and Civil (Prison Law) (Supervised Provider).
